Premier Porterville Deck & Fence provides residential deck construction, fence installation, and related outdoor living services in Porterville, CA and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to deck design and build, composite and wood deck installation, fence installation, pergola installation, and outdoor structure construction.
All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties before construction begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site visit. Estimates are based on the scope of work as described at the time of the visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted.
Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. Prices may change if site conditions, material costs, or the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued. Any changes to the scope of work that affect cost will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds.
Free estimates are available and carry no obligation to proceed. Submitting a contact form or calling us does not create a contract or any financial obligation.
Work is scheduled upon execution of a written contract and receipt of any required deposit. Start dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate changes to your schedule as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposit amounts, are specified in the individual project contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule or pause work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays, or other legitimate operational reasons without penalty.
Payment terms are specified in the individual project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and customer walkthrough. Specific amounts and milestone payment schedules vary by project.
Invoices not paid by the due date specified in the contract may accrue a late fee as stated in the contract. Premier Porterville Deck & Fence reserves the right to suspend or stop work on unpaid accounts.
Accepted payment methods are specified in the project contract. We do not accept payment in advance through this website.
Where permits are required by Porterville or the State of California, Premier Porterville Deck & Fence will apply for and manage the permit process on your behalf as part of the contracted scope of work. Permit fees are typically a separate line item in the project estimate.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes. If a customer requests work to be done without a required permit, Premier Porterville Deck & Fence reserves the right to decline that request.
Premier Porterville Deck & Fence warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are stated in the individual project contract.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification by others, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
